Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and providing training to clients. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage the sales team and be responsible for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proven Sales expertise, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Training skills to educate team members on product and service offerings
- Sales Management experience, leading and motivating sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the financial industry and knowledge of compliance regulations is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
